Ollie's Celebrates 700th Store Opening in Minnesota with Donation of 700 Books to Gillette Children's

HARRISBURG, Pa., Sept. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Ollie's Bargain Outlet Holdings, Inc., America's fastest growing retailer of brand name closeout merchandise and excess inventory, today announced the opening of its 700th store, a major milestone in the Company's continued growth and expansion in the Midwest.  Ollie's offers an ever-changing assortment of products across categories, including housewares, food, bed and bath, health and beauty, books, toys, lawn and garden, seasonal decor, and more, at up to 70% below traditional retailers.  The new store is located at 1717 Beam Avenue in Maplewood, Minnesota.

In celebration of reaching 700 stores, Ollie's is giving back by donating 700 books to Gillette Children's through Children's Miracle Network. The donation, symbolizing one book for every Ollie's location, will help stock the hospital's new book nook and create opportunities for patients and families to read, learn, and connect during their time at Gillette Children's. The effort coincides with National Literacy Month and reflects Ollie's commitment to supporting children, families, and the communities it serves.
