Oman Oil Company Exploration and Production Goes Live with Oracle eAM

ATLANTA, June 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Signum Group, LLC, the authority in asset and operations software solutions, has completed the implementation of Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (eAM) for Oman Oil Company Exploration and Production (OOCEP).  OOCEP selected Signum to re-implement its existing Oracle eBusiness Suite and to integrate eAM as part of the oil and gas company's ongoing efforts to optimize multi-system functionality, part of their global expansion efforts.

In addition, OOCEP also engaged Signum to complete a detailed review of the company's current business processes in order to develop the blueprint to move to an overall completed Target Operating Model (ToM). An industry leader in Oracle eAM installations, Signum applied its proven SignumWay™ implementation methodology and toolkit to manage and re-configure OOCEP's existing modules including finance, human resources, supply chain, purchasing and sourcing, and inventory. Additionally, Signum deployed the concepts of agile project management to quickly bring the solutions to the end users, which accelerated the delivery and facilitated the acceptance.
