OMEGA OPTICAL HOLDINGS ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF EVAPORATED METAL FILMS AND OPTOMETRICS

BRATTLEBORO, Vt., Dec. 16, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Omega Optical Holdings, LLC, (Omega or the Company), a leading precision optics platform backed by Artemis Capital Partners (Artemis), announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Evaporated Metal Films Corp. (EMF) and Optometrics Corporation (Optometrics) from Dynasil Corporation of America, Inc.
