Omni Family of Services Appoints Luke DeLaVergne as Chief Operating Officer

Experienced human-services executive joins Omni as the organization expands its footprint and advances innovative, evidence-based services

NASHVILLE, Tenn., Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Omni Family of Services today announced the appointment of Luke DeLaVergne as Chief Operating Officer. DeLaVergne will provide executive leadership for Omni's operations as the organization expands its geographic footprint and strengthens its ability to deliver meaningful outcomes for children, adults, families and communities.

DeLaVergne brings more than 17 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit and social services sectors. Most recently, he served as Interim Senior Vice President of Operations at Bethany Christian Services, providing operational oversight across 26 states. His experience spans strategic planning, organizational performance, program development, business growth, contract compliance and leadership development. Earlier in his career, he served as County Director for the Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse in Jackson, Tennessee, where he managed two Child Advocacy Centers and oversaw programs, fundraising, board development and community engagement.

In his role, DeLaVergne will collaborate with leaders across Omni to further develop service lines, expand access to care and support innovative approaches that improve the experiences and outcomes of the people Omni serves. His background in leadership coaching and executive development will also support Omni's continued investment in strong leaders and high-performing teams.
