OmniComm Systems Announces Auditor Change

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Aug. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- OmniComm Systems, Inc. (OTC: OMCM), (the "Company") a global provider of eClinical solutions, today announced that Webb & Company, P.A. ("Webb"), a South-Florida-based public accounting firm, had accepted an engagement as the Company's new independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2010.  Webb replaces the Company's previous independent auditors, Greenberg & Company, LLC ("Greenberg"), effective with the Company's second fiscal quarter of 2010.  The Company will retain Greenberg's services for financial advisory matters.

The Company's decision to change auditors was not due to any disagreements between the Company and its former auditors on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope and procedure.
