After the cancellation of their shares by Penny Green and Bacchus Entertainment Ltd. on February 3, 2010, the total number of currently issued and outstanding shares of the common capital of On4 is 47,651,046, in accordance with the records of our transfer agent. Our previous disclosure of outstanding number of shares by press release dated Friday, February 5, 2010 was based on the records of OTC:BB, which appear to be in error and shall be updated shortly.
