On4(TM) Communications moves into new corporate offices, consolidating operations and resources under one roof.
February 5th, 2010
On4(TM) confirms the cancellation of 52,223,931 common shares in the company, which reduced the total number of shares outstanding in the company by over 50%, resulting in 47,651,046 total common shares issued and outstanding.

On4(TM) entered into a five year license agreement one of the world's most recognizable brands.
This licensing agreement enables On4(TM) to leverage a global brand to enter into and become a leading provider of Public Safety, Personal Asset and Healthcare location based asset tracking and monitoring services.
Demand for Location Based Services (LBS) is unprecedented. According to the research firm, Gartner, Inc., "The LBS market is expanding, and we expect over 100 million subscribers by 2010, with North America being the leading region. We anticipate the total market to grow to over 660 million by 2013." Gartner estimates that only "5 to 20% of the targeted audience for LBS has been tapped and that mainstream adoption will occur by 2012."

On4(TM) defines its entry strategy to become a leading provider of Public Safety, Personal Asset and Healthcare location based asset tracking and monitoring services. The firm is in the process of designing, developing, and marketing personal, people, pet, property, and vehicle location devices to be launched, initially, in the United States and Canada, then to other countries around the world.
On4(TM) believes revenues will be derived from the following sources:
- Personal locator device sales through the Retail Channel
- Personal locator device sales Direct-to-the-Consumer Channel
- Business locator device sales Direct to the Business Channel
- Personal locator device accessory sales
- On-going, monthly recurring service fees for monitoring and tracking
services
