On4(TM) Communications Reaches Agreement in Principle with GPS Device Provider for the Healthcare Industry.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ, Oct. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - On4(TM) Communications, Inc. ("On4(TM)") (OTCBB:ONCI - News), has an agreement in principle with a manufacturer of GPS tracking devices for the Health Care Industry. The parties are working toward an agreement on the final terms and conditions.
