NEW YORK, April 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --

One Hour Translation, the world's fastest human translation agency, has created new Twitter handles that will translate all of Miley Cyrus' tweets into Spanish (@OHT_MileySP) and all of Justin Timberlake's tweets into French (@OHT_JustinFR). The new handles will help the American icons reach even larger audiences around the world.

Given their global superstar status not all fans of Miley Cyrus and Justin Timberlake speak English. However, the new Twitter handles should appeal to their Spanish and French speaking fans by keeping them up to date with their latest comments and Twitter conversations with other celebrities. The Twitter handles will translate all of Miley's tweets from her Twitter handle, @MileyCyrus, which currently has over 17.8 million followers; and all of Justin's tweets from his Twitter handle, @jtimberlake, which currently has over 31.7 million followers.

The Twitter translations will be undertaken by One Hour Translation's human translators, of which there are over 15,000, and will happen nearly instantaneously. If the handles prove popular, additional Twitter accounts will be set up in other languages for the celebrities.

Commenting on the new Twitter handles, David Shaw, VP of Business Development for One Hour Translation said: "Despite having millions of Twitter followers, celebrities can surely reach an even greater number of fans if their tweets are available in the native language of those who can't read English. The new Twitter handles will demonstrate how communicating with people in a language they fully understand generates better engagement and understanding."

One Hour Translation recently launched a Twitter hub providing a free, on-demand Twitter translation service in real time during the 2014 Winter Olympic Games. The service saw hundreds of people tweeting at @OHT asking for translations for everything from how to ask for directions in Russian to good luck messages to foreign athletes in their native language.
