This two-day event will feature a keynote address by Suzanne Somers (both days), educational presentations and a luncheon hosted by nationally renowned physicians as speakers discuss options for creating and maintaining optimal health. The event aims to facilitate dialogue and cooperation between proponents of traditional and complementary approaches to medical care.
Somers, a well-known actress and breast cancer survivor, is also a best-selling author with a unique perspective on the integration of traditional and complementary medicine. Her book Knockout focuses on alternative treatments to chemotherapy. She recently released a new book, Sexy Forever: How to Fight Fat After Forty.
