Former O'Neal Webster Managing Partner Kerry Anderson, head of the firm's Investment Funds and Regulatory Department, leads the newly established New York office. Serving both U.S. and global clients, the office will advise exclusively on BVI law in areas of investment funds and finance, corporate and commercial, property, business, trusts and estates, and insolvency and restructuring.
