Call Recording requires no additional hardware and can be quickly added to any Onebox extension for a low monthly fee.  After recording a call, a link to the recorded audio file is sent via email, and a copy of the recorded call is stored in the subscriber's Onebox Message Center for up to 30 days.

In eliminating the need for extra hardware, cables and other devices, Call Recording provides a wide range of business professionals, including those in the legal, corporate, customer service, sales and news sectors, the ability to simplify an inherent, critical part of their daily business – recording conversations for reference or archival purposes.
