O'Neill Consulting Group Appoints Thomas H. Dougherty Managing Director
High Caliber Operations Executive to lead O'Neill's Industrial, Aerospace, and Defense Practices
WASHINGTON, Feb. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- O'Neill Consulting Group, a retained executive search firm and talent consultancy, announced today that Thomas H. Dougherty has joined the firm as Managing Director. Based out of Washington, D.C., Dougherty will assist in the expansion of the firm's Industrial, Aerospace, and Defense practices and help execute the firm's newly reinforced client-centered business model.
An operational business leader by experience, Dougherty is equipped with over 25 years of deep functional expertise in P&L leadership, strategy, distribution, aftermarket, and business development with world-class companies on a global scale.

Dougherty has extensive international experience having lived abroad for twelve years, residing in six countries including Singapore, Brunei, Australia, Germany, Canada and Belgium.
