OneRoof Energy Group, Inc. Announces 2015 Shareholders' Meeting Voting Results

SAN DIEGO, Sept. 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- OneRoof Energy Group, Inc. ("OneRoof Energy" or the "Company") (TSXV: ON) is pleased to announce the results from its Annual and Special Shareholders' Meeting held on September 23, 2015 in Toronto, Ontario.

A total of 104.3 million common shares, representing approximately 89.0 per cent of the Company's shares entitled to be voted at the meeting, and 89.5 per cent of the shares entitled to be voted towards the resolution with respect to the election of directors, were voted. OneRoof Energy shareholders voted strongly in favor of all items of business put before the meeting, including the election of each director nominee as follows:

OneRoof Energy shareholders voted 99.9 per cent in favor to appoint BDO USA, LLP as auditors, 99.9 per cent in favor of re-approving the Company's 2013 stock option plan, and 98.8 per cent in favor of repricing certain options to purchase common shares previously granted to certain insiders of the Company to $0.11.
