Rogers as the company's Chief Marketing Officer, strengthening its post-acquisition management team. In his new role, Rogers will be responsible for the global marketing strategy and execution for OneSource's business and sales intelligence solutions.
Since October 1, 2012, OneSource has appointed industry veterans Robert E. Bies as CFO, Jonathan A. Flatow as COO, and Hank Weghorst as CTO. With the appointment of James Rogers as CMO, OneSource continues to build its management team for the next stage of growth.

Rogers joins OneSource from Wolters Kluwer, where he led marketing for the SMBS division of CT Corporation. Prior to that, he served as vice president of marketing for the Hoover's subsidiary of Dun & Bradstreet. In that role, he was key to reestablishing Hoover's double-digit growth. In addition, he headed up integrated marketing efforts for the successful launch of D&B360, one of that firm's most strategic product launch in more than a decade.
Prior to Hoover's, James served as the top marketing executive in a number of mid-size and startup technology companies, including Gravitant, Blazent and Troux Technologies, still recognized by industry analyst firms as the leader in enterprise architecture and IT planning software.
