Online Parkinson's Research Survey Opens for Patients and Caregivers

LOS ANGELES, March 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Find a Cure Panel specializes in patient research for serious and rare diseases and conditions, including Parkinson's.

They currently have a confidential and anonymous online survey for PD. Both patients and caregivers can qualify.

Please read the below and consider participating if you qualify.

Survey for patients and caregivers who are on Levodopa Drugs

To qualify for this PD Survey, you or your loved one must have the following qualifications:

1. U.S. Resident
2. Parkinson's diagnosis
3. Currently taking one of the following levodopa related PD drugs: Levodopa, Dopar, Sinemet, Sinemet CR, Stalevo or Stalevo ER.
4. NOT be treated with DBS.
5. Have NEVER taken the Alzheimer's related drugs: Aricept, Exelon Patch, Reminyl, Razadyne or Namenda
6. Taking more than 2 total pills per day. If you're taking 2 levodopa and two sinemet for example, that's four pills and you would qualify.
7. PD has some impact and you (or your loved one) are NOT free of PD symptoms

For every person who completes the survey, Find a Cure Panel will donate $50 to the non-profit of your choice. You will select the non-profit before entering the main survey.
