Oomba Inc. Partners with Milestone MX to Live Broadcast the 2013 MonarchMoto Pro Supercross Invitational Race

IRVINE, Calif., Dec. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Oomba Inc., a specialized social media company that is creating an interactive social network for tournaments, leagues, teams, athletes and gamers, announced today that it has partnered with Milestone MX to broadcast live online coverage of the MonarchMoto Pro Super-X Invitational race in Riverside, Calif., on Dec. 14.

John Simanovich of TransWorld Motocross magazine will host the Oomba.tv broadcast, providing viewers an inside look at the new machines and team compositions as riders test out bikes, gear and strategies to open the 2014 season full throttle.

The sport of motocross has grown into one of the most prestigious motorsports in the U.S, second only to NASCAR. Now, race fans around the world will get an up-close look and behind-the-scenes Hot Pass access to the sport, thanks to remote location production solutions and technology provided by Oomba.tv, a new, innovative live-streaming platform.

The MonarchMoto Pro Super-X Invitational will start with 16 riders in separate 450 and 250 classes. Each race will have four riders battling for track position in short sprint races. The event will include eight laps for riders in the quarters and semi motos, and 12 laps in the main event. Riders in the main event will be competing to win a portion of the $10,000 pro purse as well as for $2,000 in Oomba Holeshot awards.
