Oppenheimer Builds On Success Of Asheville Office With Appointment Of New Branch Manager

This addition is part of the Firm's strategic growth of its North Carolina leadership team – a critically important growth area for the Firm.

Pomeroy joined Oppenheimer in 2012 as Director of Investments in the Firm's Asheville office. Prior to joining the Firm, he was the Branch Manager of AG Edwards & Sons' South Asheville office for 10 years. Pomeroy began his career as a financial advisor at Interstate Johnson Lane in 1983 after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Throughout his 35 years of experience, he has employed cutting-edge techniques to develop clients' traditional equity and fixed income investments. He has demonstrated his passion for capital markets by using his thorough technical analysis to create, implement, grow and monitor clients' investment portfolios.
