CHICAGO, Sept. 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The stars came out in full force to show support for the 2nd annual Patrick Lives On…to End Gun Violence Variety Show, Saturday September 9th. Returning for a 2nd time was actor LaRoyce Hawkins, as this year's master of ceremonies and one of the organizations main coordinators, of his fellow actors. The star-studded cast included: Jason Beghe, Jesse Spencer, Jon Seda, Taylor Kinney, Miranda Rae Mayo, Jesse Lee Soffer, Marina Squerciati, Kara Killmer, David Eigenberg, Eamonn Walker, Randy Flagler, Patrick Flueger, Tracy Spiradakos, Casey Tutton, & Yaya DeCosta. A special surprise appearance was made by BB King's daughter, Shirley King and The Jeff Gibbs Quartet.

Patrick Lives On To End Gun Violence is the celebration of Patrick Boswell, a boy who was struck down by gun violence simply by being in the wrong place at the wrong time. www.patrickliveson.org was developed by Patrick's mother Patricia Frontain. Patricia currently works for Dick Wolf Productions on the NBC series Chicago PD.
