OptionB.Org Releases Excerpt of Bestselling Book Option B to Help People Build Resilience and Find Hope During the COVID-19 Crisis
The free excerpt is one of several new resources from Sheryl Sandberg's foundation, including thoughtful digital greeting cards and expert advice on how to support friends and loved ones
PALO ALTO, Calif., April 16, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- In response to the COVID-19 crisis, OptionB.Org is releasing a free excerpt of the New York Times bestselling book Option B: Facing Adversity, Building Resilience, and Finding Joy. The excerpt includes a new foreword on resilience during the COVID-19 crisis written by the book's authors, Facebook COO and OptionB.Org founder Sheryl Sandberg and Wharton professor and organizational psychologist Adam Grant, as well as sections on coping with hardship, practicing gratitude, helping others, finding joy, and the power of collective resilience.
