His leadership approach is grounded in developing high-performing teams, executing winning go-to-market strategies and maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence and revenue accountability.

Prior to joining Optiv, Forkan served as chief revenue officer at Black Duck Software. He also has progressive leadership experience at companies like VMware/Broadcom, Cisco, Oracle, Symantec/Veritas and EY.
