O.R. Staffing Solutions Announces New CEO & Board of Directors

WAYNE, Pa. and CHICAGO, Aug. 7, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- O.R. Staffing Solutions (ORSS), an Argosy Healthcare Partners (AHP) portfolio company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Brent Bormaster as CEO. In addition, Mark Smith and Jerick Henley have joined the company's Board as Executive Chairman and Director, respectively. Brent, Mark, Jerick, and Paul Barrett, AHP's Managing Partner, previously worked together in scaling and exiting American Health Staffing Group (AHSG). ORSS provides workforce solutions for operating rooms in acute care hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs).

Brent was most recently President, AHS Staffing (AHS), part of AHSG, where he oversaw its nationwide nurse and allied business. Prior to AHS, Brent spent 18 years at AMN Healthcare (NYSE: AMN) and was Divisional Vice President overseeing its hospitalists and emergency medicine divisions. Mark and Jerick, experienced healthcare staffing founders and operators, co-founded AHS Staffing and led the company through two private equity exits.     

The appointments mark a key milestone as ORSS expands nationally and scales its specialized operating room staffing model.
