CHARLOTTE, N.C., April 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Organic Plant Health, Inc. (OTCQB: OPHI), a manufacturer and distributor of organic-based, natural and environmentally responsible fertilizers, soil conditioners, herbicides, insecticides and fungicides, is pleased to announce the addition of 14 new retail partners offering Organic Plant Health's unique and exclusive product line.
Billy Styles, President and CEO of Organic Plant Health, states, "We're extremely excited to have these new independent retail partners offering our products. These additions impact the company on a number of different levels. Obviously, increased sales will positively impact our gross revenues and enhance the value of the company for our shareholders over the coming years. After training on OPH products and recommendations, these retail partners will also educate their existing customers about the true nature of soil and plant health, and this will take Organic Plant Health one step closer to our big-picture goal of Changing the Way America Grows."
Styles continues, "Many of the new retail partners added recently came to us from the sales efforts of Greenwave Distribution, Inc., Organic Plant Health's exclusive distributor for South Carolina and the western part of North Carolina. We know that expanding our company through the addition of retail partners is one of the ways forward for our company and its shareholders and we are pleased to see Greenwave having such rapid success in this regard. We've known Eddie Whiten and Lynn Wiley, the owners of Greenwave Distribution, for many years now and they really share our commitment for increasing the impact of the Organic Plant Health brand and expanding the distribution of our exclusive products."
Lynn Wiley, co-owner of Greenwave Distribution, and also owner of Community Farm & Garden in Greenville, SC said, "We continue to meet with new retail partner prospects on a weekly basis -- there is a real yearning in the marketplace for organic-based products and OPH products meet that need and are very well received by our retail partners. One of our partners recently summed up the appeal for OPH products when he said, "I really like the way OPH's Annual Care Programs make it easy for customers to know what to do, and when to do it." The retail partner continued, "We're very happy to add OPH products to our lawn & garden offering." Wiley went on to say, "At Greenwave, we believe OPH products are better for the environment than traditional fertilizers, and they absolutely work as well if not better than any other products on the market -- it's really an unbeatable combination." Wiley continues, "Billy Styles, Alan Talbert and their whole team are doing something great for this country. Eddie and I, and the whole Greenwave team are just happy to be a part of its ongoing growth."
