Organic Plant Health, Inc. Announces 12% Increase in Sales and an Update on Operations

CHARLOTTE, N.C., June 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Organic Plant Health, Inc. (OTCQB: OPHI), an exclusive manufacturer and distributor of organic-based fertilizers and soil conditioners and pest controls, is pleased to provide an update on its operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2012.

For the first quarter of 2012, Organic Plant Health Inc. realized improvement in the following areas over the same period last year:

• 12% increase on gross sales of $251,169
• 13% increase on gross profits of $170,525
• 14% reduction on operating expenses of $174,898
• 92% reduction on operational losses of ($4,373)
• 60% reduction in net losses, from interest expense of ($28,979)

Among the action items the company plans to address is the hiring of a National Sales Manager.  After a thorough search, company management has identified its top candidate and hopes to finalize the hiring process and make an announcement in the next few weeks.
