Organic Plant Health, Inc. Announces Bottling Agreement with MSEP, LLC, a High Volume Bottling & Packaging Company

CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Organic Plant Health, Inc. (OTCQB: OPHI), a manufacturer and distributor of organic-based, hybrid and environmentally responsible fertilizers, soil conditioners and pest controls, is pleased to announce a new agreement with MSEP, LLC, a South Carolina based, high volume bottling and product packaging company.  OPHI expects to begin bottling of its new Eco-Cedar™ all-natural insect control product at the MSEP facilities by early August.  This development comes on the tail of the company's announcement that its new and improved formula for Eco-Cedar™ had successfully completed and passed laboratory efficacy testing. The results of the independent scientific testing concluded that Eco-Cedar™ is 100% effective at controlling bed bugs on contact.

Donna Seeman is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for MSEP, LLC, located in Rock Hill, South Carolina.  Ms. Seeman stated with regard to this expanded relationship with Organic Plant Health, "We are excited to partner with Organic Plant Health and to be working with Billy Styles and his team.  Their expertise and knowledge related to natural, safe and effective landscape-care products, particularly in the pest control area, make it a joy to work with them in preparing to bottle their new Eco-Cedar™ bed bug and insect control product."

Since OPHI's press release last week about the positive test results coming from the new and improved Eco-Cedar™ formulation, the company has been contacted by a variety of interested parties.  In response to questions about MSEP's capability to meet the potentially huge demand for OPHI products, Ms. Seeman stated, "MSEP can absolutely meet the demand.  We have 3 production lines, each of which can produce 18,000 units of Eco-Cedar™ per shift.  With the ability for each line to run 3 shifts per day, that increases our current capability to over 150,000 units of Eco-Cedar™ per day, and that includes running multiple bottle sizes."  She explains further, "I told Billy that if he still needed more capability, MSEP has the room and the manpower for an additional filling line, bringing our total capability to over 200,000 units per day.  We are up to the task, whatever the magnitude."

According to Ms. Seeman, products produced and distributed by MSEP, LLC can be found at U.S. and International retailers, such as Lowe's, Menards, Intel and numerous automotive and hardware stores.
