Organic Plant Health, Inc. Expecting Sales Increase from New Distribution Agreement

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Sept. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Organic Plant Health, Inc. (OTCQB: OPHI), a manufacturer and distributor of organic-based, hybrid and environmentally responsible fertilizers, soil conditioners and pest controls, is pleased to provide an update on the progress being made establishing new distribution points in the southern United States.

In July the company announced a new distribution agreement with Corpotool, LLC, a 3^rd generation family business that distributes high quality tools and other hardware store supply products to over 9,000 retail stores throughout the Southern United States, South America and the Caribbean.  Corpotool has agreed to make Organic Plant Health its exclusive provider of organic based fertilizers and soil conditioners that it will offer to its customers.

Over the past several weeks Organic Plant Health representatives have made trips to Florida to meet with Corpotool management and sales personnel to begin structuring the sales process that will be used in taking Organic Plant Health products to the Corpotool customer base.  "I'm very excited about what I'm seeing from the folks at Corpotool and even more excited about what will be developing over the coming months", stated Billy Styles, Organic Plant Health, Inc. President and CEO.  Mr. Styles adds, "Paul Batista, Corpotool President and CEO, has been working hard with his management and staff to prepare them to sell OPHI lawn and garden products.  On my last visit to Florida I accompanied sales management into the field to meet with several retailers that will be offered the new products.  The initial response was fantastic.  Every business we encountered had a sincere interest in the products and is expected to place an order with Corpotool."

According to Styles, the first phase of sales visits should yield between 50 and 100 new retail partners carrying OPHI products.  Mr. Styles said, "I expect acceptance rates after that will gradually increase over the coming months and even years.  "In my earlier comments I said this would be a long-term process and I still believe that - you have to know that increasing revenue face to face is not an overnight process - you can't just flip a switch and go from 1-1000 - it just doesn't work that way.  However, I do expect significant impact on the sales of OPHI products to the Corpotool customers, and I believe our loyal shareholders will be very pleased with the long-term results."
