Orion Financial Names Chuck Hall Vice President, Compliance

SOUTHLAKE, Texas, July 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Orion Financial Group, Inc., a provider of mortgage assignment, lien release and document retrieval services, has appointed Chuck Hall as vice president, compliance.  Hall is a seasoned executive in the mortgage and financial services industries, with over 20 years of experience.

In his new role, Hall focuses on both internal and external compliance matters.  He is responsible for Orion's compliance with rules and regulations, and also heads the creation of policies relating to quality control, information security training, disaster recovery and business continuity.  In addition, Hall works with Orion's clients on client-specific reporting, service level agreement (SLA) requirements, and serves as the point person for client audits and remediation.

Hall spent 17 years at Citigroup in several leadership and operational positions. He was vice president for one of two national mortgage origination calls centers for CitiMortgage, where he was responsible for overall call center operations and the loan production life cycle.  Hall worked closely with departments supporting the call center, including compliance, operations, underwriting, marketing, risk management, and legal.  Hall also served in various leadership positions in Citi's branch network.
