Dale N. Brinkman, MHA, FACMPE founded Western Skies Billing Service, a division of Orion HealthCorp, and has served as President since its inception in 1986. As a longtime practice administrator, Mr. Brinkman has extensive experience with practice operations and clearly understands the nuances and dynamics of physician practices. Mr. Brinkman achieved his Fellow status in the American College of Medical Practice Executives in 1995 and previously served as the President of the Colorado Medical Group Management Association. Mr. Brinkman received his Bachelor's Degree from Ohio University and his Master of Health Administration from the University of Colorado.

Joseph A. Seale, CMA, CFE has dedicated the last 10 years to improving the collections performance of Orion's clients. He has developed statistical tools combined with powerful data mining applications to predict trends, increase speed of collections and assist Orion clients in navigating an uncertain healthcare market. Mr. Seale has more than 15 years of experience in financial analysis, project development, M&A management, forecasting and valuation. Mr. Seale is a Certified Management Accountant, as well as a Certified Fraud Examiner. Mr. Seale received his Bachelor's of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University.
