CLERMONT, Fla., Dec. 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Elite Resorts, which manages premier RV resorts in Florida and Connecticut, has introduced a real "Welcome to Florida" package for the RV snowbirds heading south for warmer weather this season—a first-come, first-serve savings on lots at the company's popular Disney area Citrus Valley community.

Pask said the specially priced lots typically sell for $74,900.

According to the Recreational Vehicle Industry of America, the average RV owner is late-middle-aged, but still younger than baby boomers, at around 48-years-old. Older buyers, however, are often big spenders, willing to spend on nicer RVs and large fifth-wheel trailers and are looking for upgraded parks such as Citrus Valley for lots to own and then rent when not using.

Located just eight miles from the Disney World entertainment properties, the upscale Citrus Valley is no conventional campground facility, according to Pask. Instead, he said the treed park like setting, country club-style luxury RV community features a full amenity program, including a 6700-square-foot clubhouse, heated 3,600-square-foot pool, exercise room, free cable TV/Wi-Fi, game rooms and outdoor playground and sports and competition activities.

"We've already sold 150 of our 305 lots to RVers as far away as Canada and as near as Florida," said Pask. "This really is a place where everyone knows your name and we make sure owners and renters are engaged as much as they want to be with a variety of social activities on property."
