Orleans Takes First Steps in Planned Raleigh Expansion

APEX, N.C., Jan. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Orleans Homes Raleigh Division is pleased to announce development plans for Colvin Park, a 144-lot community just west of Cary in Apex, NC. Sales are slated to begin in Autumn of 2013 and the land purchase and building approvals have already been secured.

Colvin Park is located within the highly desirable Apex School District and will feature single family homes from the mid $200s, as well as a fishing lake, planned Junior Olympic-sized swimming pool and clubhouse.

Part of a much larger Raleigh expansion strategy, Colvin Park is the first of several new land acquisitions planned by Orleans in key Cary, Apex and Holly Springs markets.
