RALEIGH, N.C., May 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Orleans Homes Raleigh Division is pleased to announce building plans for The Enclave at Weldon Ridge Estates, a 70-homesite extension of Weldon Ridge Estates.
The neighborhood boasts a convenient Cary location and The Enclave will feature single family homes from the mid $500s, as well as offer access to the neighborhood's walking trails, serenity pond, clubhouse, Olympic-sized pool with jumbo slide, playground and volleyball court.
The Enclave model home is slated to open in Fall of 2013 and will be featured in the Raleigh Parade of Homes.
Part of a much larger Raleigh growth strategy, The Enclave at Weldon Ridge Estates expansion is one of several land acquisitions made by Orleans in key Cary, Apex and Holly Springs markets.
Raleigh division director of sales and marketing Jeb Koury shares, "As the market continues to improve, we couldn't be more excited for the opportunities that lie before us at Weldon Ridge, and in the Raleigh market as a whole."
"We've really saved the best for last with this latest, and final, section. The natural beauty of the landscape really adds that finishing touch to an already stunning neighborhood," Koury adds.
