Orsinger, Nelson, Downing & Anderson Attorneys Named to 2015 Texas Rising Stars List
DALLAS, March 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Four attorneys from the Texas-based Family Law boutique Orsinger, Nelson, Downing & Anderson, LLP, have been named to the 2015 Texas Rising Stars listing of the state's top young lawyers.
Dallas associates Monica Cruz, Holly Eckert, and Eric Navarrette, and San Antonio associate R. Porter Corrigan II earned selection to the exclusive listing based on their work in Family Law cases.
A companion to the Texas Super Lawyers list of the state's top attorneys, Rising Stars recognizes the state's leading attorneys who are 40 or younger, or who have been in practice for 10 years or less. Selection is based on peer nominations and extensive editorial review, with only 2.5 percent of eligible attorneys chosen for the honor each year.
Ms. Cruz has been selected to the list for six straight years. She represents clients in divorce cases, particularly those involving children's issues, including custody and support disputes. A current member of the State Bar of Texas District 1 Grievance Committee, Ms. Cruz is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
A two-time Rising Stars honoree, Ms. Eckert focuses her practice on divorce, complex property division, modification actions, enforcement actions and child custody matters. She also is experienced in using mediation to help resolve clients' cases.
This is the third selection for Mr. Navarrette, who is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He represents clients in cases involving divorce and child custody matters.
Mr. Corrigan, who has been selected to the Rising Stars list five times, represents clients in Family Law matters at both the trial court and appellate levels.
