OS National Founder Charles Chacko Named to HousingWire's List of Rising Stars
OS National Founder cited as one of housing and mortgage industries' young leaders for his role in groundbreaking single family rental deals

The Rising Stars awards recognize young mortgage and housing industry professionals under the age of 40 who have become leaders in their respective fields.
Recipients for this year's awards were selected from among hundreds of nominations received by HousingWire editors during an open nomination period. Winners are featured in the June issue of HousingWire magazine.
At 36 years of age, attorney, entrepreneur and property title expert Chacko has grown OS National into an industry trailblazer that has served as the lead title agent in single family rental transactions totaling more than $10 billion. Chacko and his team coordinated title searches, title curative, coordination of conveyance deeds and mortgages, escrow, recordation of deeds and mortgages, and issuance of title insurance policies on the AAA-rated deal that created a new residential real estate asset-backed securities class of single-family rental bonds or "REO-to-rental."
