NEW YORK and PEORIA, Ill., May 13, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- OSF HealthCare, one of the nation's top integrated healthcare systems and CipherHealth, a leading provider of innovations and solutions designed to help healthcare providers improve patient care, announced today a partnership to enable OSF HealthCare to implement Orchid, a modern digital rounding solution to collect valuable data and improve the patient experience.

The decision to move to a digital rounding platform using Orchid is directly in line with OSF HealthCare's current technology initiatives. In launching Orchid, OSF will be able to obtain real-time data collection during rounding to drive continuous improvement and provide additional transparency into hospital processes.
