OSL Partners with LA PRIDE on Its Diversity Rewards Program
ORANGEBURG, N.Y., April 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- OSL Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: OSLH) ("OSL" or, the "Company"), a developer of technology platforms that enable real-time sales and trend information exchange between brands and retailers, today announced a new partnership with Christopher Street West ("CSW"), the non-profit organization that produces LA PRIDE, the annual three day celebration that brings together over 400,000 members and allies of the LGBT community to promote equality, diversity, education, outreach, and awareness.
"Christopher Street West is extremely excited about the opportunity to partner with OSL's Diversity Rewards Program," says Rodney Scott, CSW Board President. "This program stands as a testament to the value of the LGBT dollar and recognizes our community as a powerful ally to businesses that full-heartedly support us. 2012's LA PRIDE celebration saw record-breaking crowds with over 400,000 people participating in the Parade in West Hollywood. That's a lot of buying power," Mr. Scott continued.
Through its rewards programs, OSL will work with current and new LA PRIDE partners to offer festival attendees special discounts and offers for products and services, bringing value to attendees through distribution of up to $20,000,000 in rewards currency that participants can use in their community at retailers, restaurants and other establishments that will accept rewards. Together they also will create unique, customized promotional programs supporting LA PRIDE, their partners, and attendees while driving redemption of rewards. As one of the oldest and largest LGBT Pride celebrations in the world, CSW recognizes the power of its attendees, the LGBT consumer and allies, to support local Southern California retailers enrolled in the equality rewards program.
Through its new partnership, OSL Holdings will work with this major celebration to bring value to the over 400,000 attendees. The promotional programs will work to generate both value and revenue for CSW, a non-profit organization, while at the same time adding members, redemption and revenue for OSL.
"OSL is excited to add LA PRIDE to its partner roster and have the ability to provide value to its hundreds of thousands of event participants who will be inspired to utilize rewards through target promotions," commented Bob Rothenberg, President of OSL.
Once partnered with OSL's rewards program, brands can gain immediate access to consumers looking to redeem rewards as well as the ability to promote their products or services to millions of rewards members. Additionally, retailers enrolled have the option to change their promotion to rewards members in real time to focus on any relevant incentives. The OSL rewards program also offers additional revenue streams for those businesses that issue rewards to their customers who then redeem those rewards at other retailers or businesses.
