Osmosis Pür Medical Skincare Accepts Settlement from State of Iowa over Harmonized Water Supplements
EVERGREEN, Colo., Oct. 25, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Osmosis Pür Medical Skincare is excited to announce that it has accepted a settlement offer from the State of Iowa regarding our Harmonized Water Supplements. This will terminate the pending lawsuit without any finding or admission of any wrongdoing by Osmosis. After a short period, during which Osmosis will in good faith be modifying some of the marketing used to describe our cutting-edge technology, Osmosis will resume sales of all Harmonized Water products into Iowa. Osmosis continues to sell its Harmonized Water supplements worldwide.
It is worth mentioning that after the State of Iowa spent hundreds of hours talking to our customers, clients and the scientific directors of the 2 double-blind, placebo controlled clinical trials, they found no evidence that the frequency waters were ineffective or that refuted the remarkable results of the clinical trials. At no time has there been a single Iowa Harmonized Water customer who complained of the water's efficacy or reported being hurt by any of the formulas. Nevertheless, Osmosis decided to pay an amount of $70,000, virtually all of which will be used for future consumer protection efforts, as an alternative to spending much more than that in protracted litigation and a trial where we remain quite confident that we would have been victorious.
We feel it is important to reiterate that Harmonized Water is based on the current scientific fact in quantum physics that everything in nature and the universe is both a wave and a particle at the same time (aka "Wave-Particle Duality").
