OTC Markets Group & Advokatfirmaet Raeder to Cohost "Accessing the U.S. Capital Markets" Forum in Oslo, Norway
NEW YORK, March 2, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- OTC Markets Group Inc. (OTCQX: OTCM), operator of financial markets for 10,000 U.S. and global securities, and Advokatfirmaet Raeder, a leading law firm with broad financial expertise in Oslo, Norway with broad financial expertise in the Nordic region, announced that they will cohost an exclusive forum on Tuesday, March 3 to discuss the benefits of cross-trading in the U.S. capital markets for publicly-traded Norwegian companies. Raeder was recently designated as the first OTCQX sponsor representing the Nordic region.
The event is designed to convene companies, industry experts and investors in the Nordic region to share best practices, address challenges and provide insight on OTC Markets Group's solutions. Focused discussions will center on supporting publicly-traded companies in the globalization of their capital markets strategies and expanding their U.S. investor base without the cost and complexity of listing on U.S. exchange.
