OTC Markets Group Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

NEW YORK, May 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- OTC Markets Group Inc. (OTCQX: OTCM) announced today that its Board of Directors authorized a quarterly cash dividend on its Class A common stock of $0.06 per share.  The dividend is payable on June 24, 2014 to stockholders of record on June 10, 2014.  The ex-dividend date is June 6, 2014.
