NEW YORK, Aug. 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- OTC Markets Group Inc. (OTCQX: OTCM) today announced the resignation of Wendy Fraulo from her position as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 21, 2015. Ms. Fraulo's departure is not related to any issues regarding financial disclosures or accounting matters.
"Wendy has been a dedicated member of the senior management team. She built a strong finance and accounting team that improved internal and external financial reporting. Ms. Fraulo will act as a consultant to the Company as it conducts a search for a new Chief Financial Officer.
