Novume Solutions was formed as a holding company to effect the mergers of KeyStone Solutions, which previously traded on the OTCQB® Venture Market under the symbol KSSN, and Brekford Traffic Safety, which previously traded on OTCQX under the symbol BFDI. KeyStone Solutions, Inc. completed a Regulation A+ offering in 2017.
