Outcast Expands Leadership Team With Stephanie Dolgins as Chief Marketing Officer and Cris Barrett, SVP, People

STEPHANIE DOLGINS: CMO

Dolgins brings extensive media experience to the network and oversees marketing and programming to deliver engaging content to Outcast's active, on-the-go viewers. Throughout her career, Dolgins has worked at the intersection of new technology, content and marketing in leading roles at top media companies. In her new role Dolgins will continue to expand Outcast programming to deliver engaging content to meet the ever-changing needs of advertisers and consumers.

In her previous post she was the head of marketing for Jetsetter (a Gilt Group Company) where she was responsible for consumer marketing, public relations, business development and strategic partnerships. Prior to Jetsetter, Dolgins was a Senior Vice Present/General Manager at AOL where she oversaw the Women's and Lifestyle Programming. Additionally, Dolgins held marketing roles at Walt Disney Internet Group, iVillage and Rolling Stone.

Most recently, Barrett was the head of human resources at Clearwell Systems where he was responsible for designing and building culture and people programs leading to Clearwell's acquisition by Symantec Corporation. Previously, Barrett held senior human resources, internal communications and talent acquisition leadership positions at Yahoo!, Johnson & Johnson and Silicon Graphics.
