Outsourcing Institute Names AltexSoft, Capgemini, Dell and Parasoft Winners of the 2014 Best Outsourcing Thought Leadership (BOTL) Awards
NEW YORK, Oct. 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Outsourcing Institute today announced that AltexSoft, Capgemini, Dell and Parasoft have been named the winners of this year's Best Outsourcing Thought Leadership (BOTL) Awards for BPO Innovation. Capgemini & Client - Capgemini developed a highly efficient and innovative solution for vendor ledger analyses and payment recovery, enabling their client to collect an additional 1 million Euros. The project has also helped analyze internal controls within the AP process and enabled the right control mechanisms to be implemented. Dell & Client - Dell has automated critical business processes using Dell Automated Full-Time Employees (AFTEs). Dell's AFTEs cost less than one-third of the price of an onshore full-time employee (FTE), increase efficiencies, improve accuracy, and leverage embedded industry knowledge. Parasoft & NEC – Parasoft's Development Testing Platform helped NEC to automate their code analysis and review process across multiple distributed teams. Intricate manual reviews of 8-10,000 lines of application code would take senior level engineers 10-15 hours on average to complete. Today, the same work can be achieved within two to three hours by junior team members. Parasoft's procedures and applications have helped NEC reduce time and cost considerably, by implementing innovative applications and process methods.
