Five new associates have joined Outten & Golden LLP, to contribute to its growing practice of representing employees.
NEW YORK, Nov. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Outten & Golden LLP, a preeminent employee rights law firm, is pleased to announce the addition of five new associates to its growing practice of representing employees in all areas of employment law, including individual, class action, and WARN Act matters and cases.
Gregory S. Chiarello: Before joining the firm, Mr. Chiarello was an associate at Vladeck, Waldman, Elias & Engelhard, P.C., representing employees in discrimination, retaliation, wage & hour, contract, and unemployment matters. A 2006 graduate of Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Chiarello will be representing individual employees in litigation and negotiation in all areas of employment law, including discrimination, retaliation, and wage-and-hour matters, executive and professional contracts, and executive compensation. Mr. Chiarello has joined the New York office.
Nina R. Frank: Ms. Frank clerked for Judge Michael H. Dolinger, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and Judge Stuart L. Peim, New Jersey Superior Court, Criminal Division. A 2011 graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Ms. Frank will be representing individual employees in litigation and negotiation in all areas of employment law. Ms. Frank has joined the New York office.
Julia Rabinovich: Ms. Rabinovich clerked for Judge Richard A. Paez, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and Judge Keith P. Ellison, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. A 2012 graduate of Stanford Law School, Ms. Rabinovich will be representing clients in class action wage-and-hour and discrimination cases. Ms. Rabinovich has joined the San Francisco office.
Chauniqua D. Young: Before joining the firm, Ms. Young was a Bertha Justice Fellow at the Center for Constitutional Rights. A 2012 graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Ms. Young will be representing clients in class action wage-and-hour and discrimination cases. Ms. Young has joined the New York office.
Olivia J. Quinto: Before joining the firm, Ms. Quinto was an Ella Baker Fellow with the Center for Constitutional Rights, a Wenk Public Interest Fellow with the ACLU-New Jersey, the 2012 National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers' Minority Law Fellow with the Neighborhood Defenders Service of Harlem and the 2012 American Association for Justice's Mike Eidson Scholar. A 2013 graduate of Rutgers School of Law – Newark, Ms. Quinto, will be representing clients* in class action wage-and-hour and discrimination cases. Ms. Quinto has joined the New York office. Ms. Quinto is admitted to practice in New Jersey and is pending admission in New York (December 2014).
