Chiarello: Before joining the firm, Mr. Chiarello was an associate at Vladeck, Waldman, Elias & Engelhard, P.C., representing employees in discrimination, retaliation, wage & hour, contract, and unemployment matters. A 2006 graduate of Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Chiarello will be representing individual employees in litigation and negotiation in all areas of employment law, including discrimination, retaliation, and wage-and-hour matters, executive and professional contracts, and executive compensation. Nina R. Frank: Ms. Frank clerked for Judge Michael H. Dolinger, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and Judge Stuart L. Julia Rabinovich: Ms. Rabinovich clerked for Judge Richard A. Paez, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and Judge Keith P. Ellison, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. A 2012 graduate of Stanford Law School, Ms. Rabinovich will be representing clients in class action wage-and-hour and discrimination cases. Ms. Rabinovich has joined the San Francisco office.
Chauniqua D. Young: Before joining the firm, Ms. Young was a Bertha Justice Fellow at the Center for Constitutional Rights. A 2012 graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Ms. Young will be representing clients in class action wage-and-hour and discrimination cases. Ms. Young has joined the New York office.
Olivia J. Quinto: Before joining the firm, Ms. Quinto was an Ella Baker Fellow with the Center for Constitutional Rights, a Wenk Public Interest Fellow with the ACLU-New Jersey, the 2012 National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers' Minority Law Fellow with the Neighborhood Defenders Service of Harlem and the 2012 American Association for Justice's Mike Eidson Scholar. A 2013 graduate of Rutgers School of Law – Newark, Ms. Quinto, will be representing clients* in class action wage-and-hour and discrimination cases. Ms. Quinto has joined the New York office. Ms. Quinto is admitted to practice in New Jersey and is pending admission in New York (December 2014).
