The Company has engaged D. Brooks and Associates CPA's, P.A., in conjunction with Ovations in house staff. The completion of the annual report and stub period are to be filed with the OTC Disclosure & News Service.
The filing enables the Company to move into OTC PINK Current Information and provide a higher standard of publically available information and disclosure.
