Oxford Industries Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

ATLANTA, June 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Oxford Industries, Inc. (NYSE: OXM) announced today that, on June 14, 2010, its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.11 per share on common stock payable on July 30, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 15, 2010.  The Company has paid dividends every quarter since it became publicly owned in 1960.
