ORCHARD, Texas, July 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- (Pinksheets: GTLL) The reverse merger involving Oxygen Orchard, Inc. and Global Technologies LLC is on track and should close as anticipated. GTLL is presently awaiting final approval for its previously announced forward split from FINRA. GTLL anticipates a timely completion of the forward split and completion of the merger.

Upon finalization of the merger, the Company's name will be changed to Oxygen Orchard, Inc. 

At this time, there are no obstacles to impede the progress of these transactions.
