OZZ Clean Energy Adds Stanley Hartt, Distinguished Business Leader, To Its Board of Directors

TORONTO, Sept. 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ - OZZ Clean Energy Inc., a leading provider of low and no-carbon energy solutions including solar, natural gas and electricity today announced that Stanley H. Hartt, O.C., Q.C., distinguished business leader and public servant, is joining its Board of Directors.

Mr. Hartt is currently the Chairman of Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd.  Prior to joining Macquarie, Mr. Hartt was Chairman of Citigroup Global Markets Canada Inc.  Mr Hartt enjoyed a 20 year career with Stikeman Elliott, where he was Partner for 16 years.  Mr Hartt also served for five years in government, first as Federal Deputy Minister of Finance (1985 - 1988) and subsequently as Chief of Staff in the Office of the Prime Minister Brian Mulroney, (1989 - 1990).  From 1990 to 1996, Mr. Hartt was Chairman, President and CEO of Campeau Corporation (later O & Y Properties Corporation).
