Pacific Office Automation Helps Company Save on Printer Ink

BEAVERTON, Ore., Jan. 10, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- After consulting with his office manager, Mike Stately was shocked. Stately then invested in a multi-function printing device, or MFP. The MFP features a number of tools that help save on the cost of printer ink. Additionally, the MFP can also provide data on who is printing and how much, thereby helping to further manage the costs associated with printing. Finally, the MFP can also serve as a database of information, eliminating the need to print documents altogether, as they can be shared via the network database.
