Pacific Office Properties Names Barry Bartle Regional Vice President of Operations - Phoenix

SAN DIEGO and PHOENIX, April 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Pacific Office Properties Trust, Inc. (NYSE Amex: PCE), a West Coast office real estate investment trust (REIT), announced today it has named Barry Bartle as its Regional Vice President of Operations in Phoenix, Arizona. Bartle joins the company today.

In his position as Regional Vice President of Operations, Bartle will oversee the management of Pacific Office's 1.3 million-square-foot Phoenix property portfolio. He will maintain an office at the company's City Square property, but will spend time at Pacific Office's various Phoenix assets.

"He has an outstanding track record in the commercial property services sector and will make an exceptional addition to our Phoenix management team."

Bartle brings an extensive background in commercial property services and is a licensed real estate broker. For the past four years, he served as a Vice President and District Manager for RREEF Property Management and has assisted Pacific Office's affiliate, The Shidler Group, in the past as a fee manager on an industrial portfolio in Tempe, Arizona. Bartle began his career in 1980 at Insignia Commercial Group, where he rose to Director of Property Management. He subsequently had a five-year tenure in the Arizona offices of both Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield. He received his undergraduate degree in Business and Economics at Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from Walden University.
