Paciugo, the Dallas-based specialty brand best known for its authentic Italian gelato, is giving latte lovers a more flavorful choice, as it offers a distinctly unique improvement to the traditional favorite with a secret only it can create.

The secret to the Gelatte is in the gelato, which is handcrafted using wholesome ingredients of the highest quality from around the world.  The one of a kind Gelatte is a traditional hot latte, steamed with their delicious gelato. Today, Paciugo introduced two new Gelatte creations, just in time for fall, Apple Caramel and Spiced Pumpkin, which will warm up its menu through November 27.

Paciugo gelato is made with whole milk versus cream, resulting in a flavorful frozen treasure with up to 70% less fat and fewer calories than ice cream. In addition to milk-based gelato, Paciugo offers water-based, fat-free sorbets, soy-based gelato and No Sugar Added versions of gelato. Paciugo gelato and sorbets are smoother in texture than ice cream and are prepared in small batches for optimum taste.
